Know Labs Set to Adopt Bitcoin Treasury Strategy with Greg Kidd’s Acquisition

Goldeneye 1995 LLC, an affiliate of Kidd, will acquire a majority stake in Know Labs. Upon completion, Kidd will become the CEO and chairman. the acquisition will use a mix of Bitcoin and cash, with 1,000 BTC as part of the payment. This move will give investors significant exposure to Bitcoin.
Know Labs, a U.S.-listed company, announced on June 6 that Goldeneye 1995 LLC, affiliated with Kidd, will acquire a majority stake. Kidd, known for his crypto investments, will become the new CEO and chairman. The acquisition will use Bitcoin and cash, with 1,000 BTC forming part of the payment.
Investors will gain exposure to Bitcoin, a digital asset. Kidd’s move might potentially be inspired by Michael Saylor’s strategy, who amassed a large BTC holding for MicroStrategy. Kidd, a co-founder of Hard Yaka, has backed crypto firms like Ripple and Coinbase.
“I’m excited to implement a Bitcoin treasury strategy with Know Labs,” Kidd said. The BTC holdings will represent 82% of Know Labs’ $128 million market cap. The transaction is expected to close in Q3 2025, pending shareholder approval.
